Earn your PMP® certification — the world's most in-demand PM credential
Live, instructor-led preparation for PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, fully rebuilt around the July 2026 Exam Content Outline and PMBOK® 8th Edition — delivered by PMIS Consulting, with every batch enabled with the latest AI project-delivery skills.
Built for the rebalanced PMP® exam
PMI's July 2026 update reshuffled the exam significantly — Business Environment nearly tripled in weight, and roughly 60% of scenarios now test agile or hybrid judgment. Our nine-lesson curriculum, mapped to PMBOK® 8th Edition, is sequenced to match.
About PMP®
Orientation to the credential — what it certifies, how it's structured, and why PMI rebuilt the exam around real project-leader behavior.
Introduction
Course structure, the PMI Talent Triangle, and how predictive, agile, and hybrid ways of working sit side by side on the new exam.
The Big Picture
Projects as vehicles for organizational value — portfolios, programs, business cases, and benefits realization.
Stakeholders, Vision & Communication
Identifying and engaging stakeholders, building a shared project vision, and choosing the right communication channel for the moment.
Team, Conflict & Knowledge
Building and empowering teams, resolving conflict constructively, and capturing project knowledge as it's created.
Core Planning
Scope, schedule, cost, and quality planning — the predictive backbone every candidate must still command.
Integrated Planning
Bringing plans together — integration management, risk planning, and translating a WBS into adaptive iterations.
Execution, Monitoring, Change & Impediments
Running the work — directing execution, monitoring performance, controlling change, and clearing team impediments.
Business Environment Dynamics
Governance, compliance, organizational change, and the external forces — including AI-enabled delivery and sustainability — now central to the exam.
Next Steps
Application review, exam-day logistics, and a personalised study plan for your final weeks before sitting the exam.
